- Receive a Purchase Order
Your company receives a confirmed purchase order from a reputable customer ready to purchase your product or service. - Submit the Order to ClearCoast
Send the purchase order to ClearCoast Capital for review. - Verification & Due Diligence
We’ll conduct a quick assessment to verify the purchase order’s authenticity and evaluate your customer’s creditworthiness to ensure prompt payment once goods are received. - Funding the Production
After approval, ClearCoast advances the funds needed to cover production costs, including raw materials, manufacturing, and labor. Whether you’re working with one supplier or several, we coordinate funding to keep the process seamless. - Delivery & Invoicing
Once your product is completed, ClearCoast oversees shipment, customs clearance (if applicable), and delivery to your customer. When the goods are received, an invoice is sent to both your customer and ClearCoast. - Accounts Receivable Financing
We then leverage our Accounts Receivable Financing program to advance additional funds—typically totaling 70–90% of the original purchase order value. Once your customer pays the invoice in full, ClearCoast deducts a small fee and remits the remaining balance to your business.
